C-2 CLAMP-ON SNOW FENCE TECHNICAL GUIDE

The C-2 is TRA-Mage's Clamp-on double pipe Snow Fence designed for standing seam metal roofs. It is suggested that you call, e-mail, or fax TRA-Mage for engineered layout charts and proper securement of the panels. The following is required for us to provide you with proper engineering. 1) Ground snow load 2) Roof slope 3) Sheathing type and thickness 4) Distance from eave to ridge 5) Metal panel gauge and width 6) Rib height.

INSTALLATION

The C-2 is installed by clamping the fence bracket to the rib, and torquing the lag bolts with 20 lbs. of pressure. Ice flags are recommended to keep snow from sliding underneath the pipe. Snow flags should be installed between all ribs.

PACKAGING

TRA MAGE Snow Fence Brackets are normally shipped 20 to the box. Snow Fence Pipe is in bundles of 5 to 10 pipes.

TYPES

They are made of copper, steel, or aluminum and can be powder coated to any color.
